SHIPPING

Shipping can be arranged for anywhere in North America. Shipping charges vary by destination and weight, but are always provided at the best rate available. Shipments on goods in-store can usually be expected with in 5-15 business days. It is the customer’s responsibility to receive goods at the time of arrival, as well as any duty, brokerage, insurance, or taxes applied upon the goods. It is very unlikely that products will arrive damaged but if that is the case, contact us immediately. All shipments are insured and so all arrangements will be made to replace the item.

Payments are made through Paypal and can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or by direct payment securely through Paypal.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer satisfaction is important to us, so if there are any problems with the order, a standard 15 day exchange applies on all items purchased on-line. For exchange, simply contact us by phone or email. It is the customer’s responsibility for shipping costs on all exchanges.
